About Rebecca
As a Social Work Intern and Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC), I am committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and compassionate environment where clients can explore challenges, build resilience, and move toward meaningful change.
Taking the first step toward therapy can feel overwhelming, and finding a space where you feel understood and supported is essential. As a Social Work Intern and Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC), I am committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and compassionate environment where clients can explore challenges, build resilience, and move toward meaningful change.
I work with children, adolescents, and adults, utilizing a person-centered, trauma-informed approach that honors each individual's unique experiences, strengths, and goals. I believe in meeting clients where they are on their therapeutic journey and fostering a collaborative relationship built on trust, empathy, and respect.
My clinical approach incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness-based interventions to help clients develop practical coping skills, increase self-awareness, and create lasting growth. I have experience supporting individuals facing substance use concerns, crisis situations, trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and emotional challenges.
I am passionate about providing affirming care for LGBTQIA+ individuals and supporting neurodivergent populations, ensuring that every client feels seen, heard, and valued. My goal is to empower clients to build on their strengths, navigate life's challenges with confidence, and create a path toward healing and well-being.
I consider it a privilege to walk alongside clients in their journey toward greater self-understanding, resilience, and personal growth.
