About Lindsay

Hi, I’m Lindsay! I’m a mom, foster parent, Navy veteran, and current Master of Social Work student at the University of Denver, where I’m working toward graduating in 2027. Most importantly, I’m someone who genuinely cares about people and the stories they carry.

As a mom of multiple children and a new foster parent, I know firsthand that life can be beautiful, messy, overwhelming, and rewarding—sometimes all in the same day. My own experiences have given me a special place in my heart for children, parents, and families navigating all the ups and downs that come with life. I’m especially passionate about postpartum mental health, motherhood, and helping children feel safe, supported, and understood.

In my work as an oncology social worker, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside individuals and families facing cancer, chronic illness, and some of life’s most difficult and uncertain moments. These experiences have taught me how important it is to have someone who will simply listen, show up, and remind you that you don’t have to carry everything alone.

As a Navy veteran, I also have a passion for supporting fellow veterans, service members, and military families who face their own unique challenges and transitions.

I believe that you don’t have to have everything figured out to ask for support. Life can be hard, and sometimes we all need a space where we can take a breath, feel heard, and just be ourselves without judgment.

My hope is to provide that kind of space—a place where you feel comfortable showing up exactly as you are, knowing that your story matters and you don’t have to navigate life’s challenges alone.
