About Kelli

Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working with diverse populations across healthcare, hospice, schools, public health, and child welfare settings. I have extensive experience supporting older adults and geriatric populations, as well as individuals and families navigating grief and loss, chronic illness, and end-of-life transitions. I’ve also worked closely with veterans, individuals impacted by substance use, and those navigating Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services.

I have a strong appreciation for and experience working with blue-collar individuals and families, understanding the unique stressors related to physically demanding work, shift schedules, financial pressures, and workplace culture. My background includes crisis intervention, care coordination, and advocacy for vulnerable populations, allowing me to support clients through some of life’s most challenging moments.

My Approach I take a compassionate, trauma-informed, and client-centered approach to therapy. I believe in meeting you where you are and creating a safe, supportive space where you feel heard and respected. Together, we’ll explore your experiences, identify your strengths, and develop a personalized plan to help you move forward. Whether you’re coping with loss, adjusting to life changes, managing workplace stress, or working toward recovery, my goal is to help you build resilience, find meaning, and take intentional steps toward healing.

My Toolbox, I utilize a variety of evidence-based approaches tailored to your individual needs, including mindfulness, CBT, DBT, and psychoeducation. My work is grounded in a trauma-informed perspective, with a strong focus on practical coping strategies and real-life application. I draw from my experience in medical and hospice social work to support clients through complex emotional and life transitions. I also incorporate tools and resources to help you build skills, increase self-awareness, and create lasting, meaningful change. I’m here to listen, support, and walk alongside you in your journey.
